Our school calendar runs from September through May. Our tuition is structured as a monthly rate for nine months per year.

Payment Schedule and Fees
PAYMENT SCHEDULE
The last month’s tuition (May) is due May 1st, or upon enrollment, along with a $200 program fee. The first month’s tuition (September) is due August 10th. Throughout the year, tuition is due by the 10th of the month. Payments can be made via credit card or ACH transfer through Playground, our secure enrollment platform .

Discounts & Financial Aid
PREPAY DISCOUNT
Enrolled families can receive a discount for prepaying either for the full year or by semester. Payments must be received by August 10th, 2026.
3% discount for prepaying a semester
5% discount for prepaying the full year
SIBLING DISCOUNT
15% discount for families with multiple children enrolled simultaneously. The discount is applied to the younger child’s tuition.
MARYLAND CHILD CARE SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM
CPNS participates in the Maryland Excels program and is able to accept families participating in the Maryland Child Care Scholarship Program. We encourage all families who need financial aid to apply for assistance through the scholarship program first.
CPNS FINANCIAL AID
CPNS offers a limited amount of financial aid each year to those who do not qualify for the program. Flexible payment schedules can also be arranged.

Aftercare costs $10 per hour. Families can choose to sign up biweekly for the hours they need or sign up for a prepaid aftercare (for a discount) at the beginning of each semester.

Families who purchase a full buyout do not have to co-op in the classroom, nor do they have to complete any of the required co-oping paperwork. They still have to fulfill other membership responsibilities. The monthly full buyout fees for the 2025-26 school year are:
2s Class: $110
3s Class: $85

Pre-K Class: $135

Families who purchase a half buyout will only have to co-op in the classroom half the amount of time (Example: A Pre-K half buyout family will only have to co-op in the class 6-7 times a year, as opposed to 13-14 times a year). The monthly half buyout fees for the 2025-26 school year are:

We offer a summer camp program that runs Tuesdays through Thursdays for 4 weeks every year, beginning the week of Memorial Day. Our summer camp days are mostly spent outside. Our campers play with water, make messy art, and explore a variety of fun topics in mixed-age groups. Our summer camps are open to current CPNS students only and spots are limited to 24 students per week.
